Q: What is the hole to hole dimension in the longer tube?

They're all 5/8", but it is not built well. Mine is still in the scrap pile since first time used.

Q: What is the weight capacity of the accessory hitch? ie: A mobility scooter and carrier weighing around 200 lbs.

It says 4000#. It's super flimsy. Bent it in a sideways C with a 2500# winch.

Q: How much does it weight?

Super light, my ball and hitch weight is about double the weight.
