I liked this mat at first since it didn't slip around in yoga postures and had alignment lines. The color is fantastic. This is an excellent mat. It is non-stretchable and has a good hold on the floor. My previous one was slick and stretchy, so I can draw parallels between the two. This one likewise appears to be durable, and I haven't observed any blemishes on it after performing yoga or exercise. If you wear socks instead of bare feet in downward dog yoga positions, your grip appears to be even better. But I didn't feel like I was slipping even in bare feet, or in any other yoga positions.

Non slippery, not too thick, perfect for yoga

I have used many yoga mats before and this one is the best among all i used in terms of quality.Thickness is good enough to avoid the pain for our body parts after long time work out.And its non-slippery too.

Design issues.

This mat has religious spiritual symbols like Om and Trishul, which in our culture is disrespectful to step on and we don't place our foot on it.Not recommended to use barefoot on with shoes.

I purchased this mat a week ago and have been using it for a while now. This is my first proper yoga mat and I really really like it and can definitely say it makes Yoga so much enjoyable without worrying about my knees or palm aches. The mat is also of very good quality. The bag is just okay, nothing too great about it but the quality of the bag is brilliant and super sturdy. Worth to buy
