Very bright and easy to install
Love the strobe patterns and brightness, super easy to installed, quality look great

Excellent traffic advisor light bar and controller.
I love the controller / simplicity of operation and brightness of this directional light bar. It is bright enough to shine through a tinted window even during the day. The only thing I didn’t like were the plastic in-channel mounts; they’re as brittle as glass and all of them broke when I tried to use them. Just use the metal end-brackets instead.

Bright lights, good seals and build quality, poor mounting hardware
SHORT VERSION: This seems like a good solution on a budget, is very visible, has plenty of options, is easy to use, and is relatively easy to install (depending on your situation), but it's not the sturdiest traffic adviser you're going to find. The seller (OnlineLEDStore) is awesome.PROS: VERY bright. Tons of light patterns. Intuitive and accessible control box. Easy to mount. Very low power use: <5 Amps for light bar, and <10 Amps for the control box, according to the seller on the phone. In addition, the seller was very responsive to phone calls, was able to answer very technical questions about specs and installation, and immediately sent out replacement hardware when something went wrong.CONS: Poor build quality on some of the mounting bracket hardware. Control box is mostly plastic instead of metal. Cable is long enough for smaller installations, but not large enough to mount on a truck topper without splicing.LONGER VERSION WITH DETAILS:The light bar and control box are generally of good build quality. I removed a couple of the LED units (it's made up of 10 4-LED light units that can be removed/replaced) to inspect the interior, and each LED is connected using water-resistance plugs and independently sealed with what appears to be a good amount of silicone sealant. Cheaper LED products tend to do a poor job on the seals, but Lamphus appears to have done a good job on this. Time will tell, but it just started snowing here so I'll update this review if this changes. The LEDs are quite bright, visible by both daylight and night. (Tested by attaching to 12 Volt socket temporarily.)There is a quality issue with some of the die cast mounting brackets. Note that there are two styles of brackets: L brackets for suction cup or surface mounting, and slide brackets that actually slide into grooves along the top and bottom of the bar for surface mounting. It is this second style of brackets that had the problem. They are made of die case aluminum, and two of the five slide brackets cracked under very little pressure. Very little, in this case, means turning them slowly with a screwdriver. Definitely brittle, and I wouldn't trust them alone to hold the bar on a vibrating, bouncy vehicle like a truck. I used silicone sealant when I mounted them so I decided not to remove the remaining three brackets and instead will mount the L brackets as well, using machine screws instead of the self-tapping screws that were included, per the recommendation of the seller. The seller also offered to send out replacement slide brackets for the ones that failed, which I accepted. They offered this without being prompted, no questions asked. Good customer service! The suction cup mount is pretty straightforward: mount the brackets on the side of the plastic caps on the traffic adviser light bar, and then suction cups slide into the brackets. I wouldn't recommend the suction cups for external use, but they work fine inside the windows. Note: I didn't test the suction cups for this traffic advisor bar, but I also have a Lamphus SolarBlast Windshield Strobe that uses them, and it hasn't moved since I installed it a few days ago, in both (85+ degrees) and sub-freezing temperatures that have occurred. Gotta love crazy Colorado weather! I will review this dash light separately, but so far it's been great: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B009EFJACQ/Some general tech specs:The light bar itself has 40 1-watt LEDs, separated into 10 replaceable, 4-LED units. They can be replaced with different colors if desired. I ordered mine with all orange as it's the most universally-legal for civilian use without permits in almost all states, but you can order and/or replace different colors if desired. According to the seller, the light bar draws less than 5 Amps by itself, but the control box draws as around 10 Amps. The control box has a 25 Amp fuse in the back, but I'd also recommend fusing it closer to the battery for safety unless you plan to tie it into another power source that's already fused. The wire is a 3-conductor (black, red, yellow) cable surrounded by a black housing. Black and red are roughly 18 gauge, and yellow is around 20-22 gauge. The seller indicated that these wires were 22 and 24 gauge, but I'm pretty sure they're each slightly larger. When in doubt, go with a larger gauge. This matters if you're trying to do a longer install like I was: control box on the dash and the traffic adviser bar on the back of a truck topper. As I'm going to be installing other circuits as well (individual strobes, work lights, etc.) I opted to use a 7-conductor RV cable, which also has the benefit of being able to cut it and install a plug between the truck cab and bed, which allows me to disconnect it if/when I need to raise the cab or bed for truck maintenance. I'll be installing the cable this weekend so I'll try to update this review with the results once the install is complete.

Very Bright. Good strobe patterns. Great customer service!
Packaged well. All the parts needed for installation came wit it. Very bright. Seems sturdy. Quick installation. All wiring came with it, plug in the connector and put power to the two wires and that’s it. Controller is very light weight. All buttons work well. So far so good. Haven’t used it on the trail yet so I will do another review later. I put it on my side by side.Great customer service! Returned a controller that failed and they immediately sent me a replacement. Thanks Timothy
