Died after 3 months
I love this product. I used it 1 to 2x a day from May to Aug. The different heat functions to the self clean...muah! Loved it! Even with careful cleaning, waiting 1 hr between uses, it still died and of course outside of the return window. I contacted the company directly. I am still waiting to see if they will send a replacement or if I am SOL. In the interim I have been using my blender. I suggest skipping this purchase since it's shelf life isn't that long.Update! They will be sending me a replacement. Yah!! So yes on customer service. 🤞that the 2nd one will last.

Wonderful Product!
The Nutr is one truly impressive product. I'm sure we've all seen various plant-based nut "milks" in the grocery store. Well, the Nutr gives you the tools you need to make those milks (and more) in the comfort of your own home, with YOU having full control of what goes into them. This is a great item for those who for whatever reason want or need to avoid dairy, but still want to enjoy having great-tasting dairy-like products to lighten their coffee or tea, to use in cooking, to put in their cereal, to just plain drink; or any other use that dairy might otherwise fulfill! What's more, some of the better nut-milks in my opinion aren't always widely available (such as my favorite: cashew milk), so the Nutr is a great tool that enables you to not be constrained to products that your local market decides to make available. Do you want the creamy goodness of cashew milk creamer? Or maybe you would prefer pistachio milk (try to find that at the supermarket!). With the Nutr you can make these and so much more yourself with minimum effort.The Nutr is basically a high-speed blender combined with a heater combined with automation to make nut milk creation nearly effortless. Just put in your ingredients, select the appropriate settings from the Nutr's front panel, and let the machine finish whatever you are making for you. And the Nutr's talents aren't limited to just nut milks, you can also make soy, rice, or oat milks to name a few. Additionally, the included recipe book includes instructions for making dairy-free hot cocoa, puddings, and many other delicious-sounding creations. If that wasn't enough, additional recipes are available from the manufacturer on their internet site.Included in the package is the Nutr itself with a well-sealing lid, a couple of heavy stainless-steel measuring spoons, a strainer, and a cleaning brush. The Nutr has a cleaing cycle that for the most part does a good job self-cleaning, but the brush helps if extra cleaning is needed. Also included are the aforementioned recipe book and complete instructions to have you up and running in short order.This is an extremely well-made and well-designed product that works great. If I sound enthusiastic about the Nutr it's because I am...My wife and I just love it!

Do not buy, manufacturer will not honor their warranty
Nutr website claims a 90 day warranty. My unit suddenly stopped working. I contacted Amazon who said I need to contact the manufacturer. I contacted nutr and they refuse to address the issue and ask that I contact Amazon. I would not buy a product from a company that does not stand behind their product warranty.

I question the good reviews
We've been making nut and oat milks for years. Thought we would try a smaller quicker unit than a big blender. First off, even cashews soaked overnight did not completely grind up. I was pouring nut milk out and noticing large pieces; 1/5 to 1/8 the size of a full size cashew nut. The blades just don't spin fast enough or they are angled wrong. Our large Ninja blender nearly liquifies anything and everything such as nuts and dates. Then the small metal strainer provided with this blender is a joke--useless. Making 13 ounces I had to clean the small strainer 3 times. Instead the second time using this blender I used a nut bag making the task simple. Cleaning is very difficult. No matter how much I tried I could not remove stuck on stains at the bottom of the blender near and around the blade. Only the lid comes off so you have to get a plastic or non-metallic brush to scrub the stainless steel bottom. Time consuming and I was not 100% successful. Back to using the Ninja and nut bags for large quantities of nut milk. I do not recommend this product.
