I use a larger quick release plate and this 90mm clamp is perfect for my needs. Very sturdy and well built. Looks and feels built to last. Has a built in bubble level that is easy to read as well. Highly recommend this product. Shipping was quick, as expected. 👍

I can't imagine how this could be any better. It is equivalent to German quality, at a Chinese price. The locking knob has a great smooth, positive feel, and it is beyond my expectations. This one may be unavailable now, but others are available under other brand names. I can only hope they are all as well made as my Hifine CL 90N plate

Purchased this product as a way to connect my REALLY RIGHT STUFF camera plates to secondary equipment in my home office/studio. This particular piece is attached to a Bogen variable friction magic arm for quick connect of my cameras in my home studio. In the field, I will stay with RRS gear, but in a more controlled environment, these camps seems to be rock solid and well made. RRS L bracket connects as solidly as my RRS leavened clamps. If price is an issue, I would definitely not hesitate looking at this as an option... All in all, there is very little difference between these and the RRS clamps -- Both fit securely and are machined from aircraft grade aluminum. So far, so good!

Installing on an older tripod for rifle. Other one I bought worked excellent so I bought another to have both rocks on tripods.
