Is that it is constant on.

The sight itself is not machined correctly even though it shows the pistol I purchased it for as one of the stock photos on the description. Be safe if you have a canik cut for rmsc this attempts to be but is far from it. About 1.2mm to large to fit in the factory milling. So if you’re buying this for an airsoft gun maybe it’ll work but not for an actual pistol. Mine came scratched up as well and already on in the box no telling how long the battery has been in it and running. The auto brightness feature doesn’t work either. So buyer beware.

As far as the product goes it is a decent red dot but when it comes to battery life it falls short of expectations. If you don’t mind changing batteries every 3 months this is a viable option. Otherwise I don’t recommend it for carry guns.

Didn’t expect much from an Amazon red dot but I will admit I got my hopes up a bit whenever I watched some videos on the ade spike. After one day at the range and only 20 rounds my emitter fell out so if you’re looking for something to throw on and trust in I wouldn’t recommend this. probably better for airsoft

Spend the extra $20-$30 and get the Crimson Trace CTS-1550 instead. This does not stay bright enough, I felt as if auto brightness didn’t even work. This is an always on red dot. Build quality is nice, but this lacks features to be a good carry option.
