The first bottle arrived with a broken pump. Both me and my DH pushed on it for 10mins each and nothing came out. The seller was great and sent a replacement that arrived a few days after contacting them. It took 5 days, including the weekend, from start to new bottle arrival. This was better than most.To give a quick background I’m in perimenopause and have low estrogen and testosterone along with a couple other hormones being out of wack. Insurance won’t cover HRT and the cost would be $378/month to get my hormone levels balanced out. My doctor has been great at helping me find alternatives since other avenues didn’t work out.After a week of use, 1 pump 1x a day, I noticed I was getting very irritable. I thought this had to do with low estrogen and testosterone levels that my dr checked a month ago. After talking with dr she advised using 1 pump every other day and switching to evening use. Another week and I actually punched a wall! I went in to see my dr again and she recommended I stop using. It’s taken several days, but boy do I feel so much better mentally! Unfortunately my energy has hit the floor again and I’m experiencing the low T symptoms again.My dr believes this one is either strong or formulated in a way my body cannot process properly. We are waiting to see what the newest testing shows to see if there was a major spike or not. Whatever the case may be it made my perimenopause rage even worse. It’s back to the drawing board I guess.I contacted the company again to get the guarantee and have not heard back. I’m 2 days outside the return window so cannot use the Amazon returns. If the first bottle worked I would have known well before the returns window closed.Its been 5 days since sending a email. Since the company has not responded I’m guessing they do not want to stand behind their promise for the 365 empty bottle guarantee they advertise. I’ve been using other products of theirs that have helped a ton, but if they do not respond I will find another brand for the other hormones I need during this time of transition.I’m sure this product can help others, but just use caution and have blood work done before using this product! If you are not low on testosterone this may cause a major spike, which can lead to some nasty side effects! Hormones are not something to be taken lightly as they can really mess a person up if taken improperly.I will change from 1 star to 2 stars if the company contacts me soon and refunds the purchase price, the cost to repair the hole I made in the wall would be an amazing bonus, but that would be above and beyond ;D

The spray pump has stopped working and the bottle is still nearly full. I just bought this in October.Update: The manufacturer has replaced this at no cost.

I've got a lot of stuff going on with chronic fatigue of unknown origin but the first few days I used this stuff, I immediately had more energy and felt more like myself! Your experience may vary, of course.

Compared to the original Bio Labs DHEA 20 this lasted 2 months at most. It claims 3. I used exactly as suggested but not even every day. First, each pump hardly produced anything. Instructions say 2 pumps twice a day. Only a drop pumped out each time. I don't know if this one container was defecctive or if they're all defective. But I won't order this new pump again.
