Chloe Noel and 4 Sport Elements don’t replace defective merchandise.
The craftsmanship of this item is so poor that the head of the unicorn came off within a month of use! When I tried to replace or refund it, neither 4 Sport Elements, the seller, nor Chloe Noel, the manufacturer, would stand behind the product. I have an experienced skater who takes care of her equipment. Taking the soaker on and off a skate maybe 3 times a week for less than a month shouldn’t result in the head coming off. I’m out $25 and have a headless unicorn to show for it. This is a poor quality item and 4 Sport Elements and Chloe Noel don’t care about customer satisfaction and don’t provide customer service. I won’t buy from either company again.
