99% Useless & Way Too Big
Didn't find a use for this & it was huge like for one of those XXXXL people. I know the US is excessively overweight but this seemed to be encouraging that. This doesn't have any special features that justifies the price.

Not what I was looking for
This item does not lay across the shoulders comfortably, looks durable enough, but was made for a smaller person, I am 6 foot one and 240 pounds
