Handle Issue
The product itself is good quality for the price. I love the size as I have a great room where 3 rooms connect as one with lament throughout the whole area. The removable pads are great. It does a wonderful job of picking up dust and dirt. The only problem I have with it is when I am maneuvering around the room the handle unscrews and it will not turn. No matter what I do this is an issue and adds more time to the cleaning process. If you have straight stretches you are fine but moving around walls and furniture it has issues. If it was not for this I would be giving it 5 stars.
