Is easy to get inside the shoes. It feels weird at firts but they fit so well you dont notice that much. This are for work. When i put them inside the shoes i got a little more taller hahaha i can see that inside the shoes i got a bit more taller but i dont get out of the shoes. Thickness is good, and feel that it will give me support while standing for so long.

These are exactly the right inserts for my feet. I only really needed one for metatarsalgia of the left foot but have found their very comfortable. The size was correct, I did not have to cut them in any way and so far they seem very durable. Good support for my foot, less pain when I'm walking and thus good value for the money. I'm pleased with this product

Inserts are very comfortable. Took one day to get used to them. Slightly stiffer than my other ones. Make to wear them all day. Ordered a second pair. No pain at the end of the day.

These are not flimsy at all & I am going to order more right now in a smaller size for my other shoes! I had a stretched out shoe, these worked out ok... but for me it ran a size too large! I was shocked at how much stronger they made my feet feel! I am 73 & have had injured & bad feet for most of my life! So if I tell you I am thrilled about this product! STRONG SUPPORT! I have hammer toes & syst's & I was told 30 yrs. ago that I had the arthritis of an 80 yr. old & flat feet probably due from wrong support!

I have a few issues with my feet, plantar fasciitis is one and heel spurs is another. There are soooo many ortho inserts to consider, I chose this product because it had good reviews and the price was fair. I liked the quality of the product and the fit. However, it did NOT remedy my feet issues like I was hoping. I still had pain in my heels after power walks and it triggered more stress points in my feet then when I first started using the inserts. I'm sure this product is helpful to most customers right out of the box, but unfortunately for me I'm still seeking to find the right orthotic for my size 10.5 foot.

Fit very well and are comfortable. Not sure the Metatarsal pad helps much, since it's so small.

I decided to try Orthopedic Insoles that are specified by size instead of trimmable ones, as the arch support never seemed to line up correctly for me with those. These insoles are great. Initially, they felt a bit weird, but everything lines up perfectly, and I can feel the improvement in my foot posture. They're nice and stiff for support, yet soft enough to be comfortable. The smooth material also feels nice with my socks. Overall, I'm happy I got them and they are a much better fit than my previous insoles.

Purchased two pairs of thick memory foam, new athletic shoes for the gym and running around. I was so surprised when I wore the first pair and within 2 hours my whole body felt REALLY fatigued. I purchased this and another comparably priced pair of insoles and I have to say they both work pretty good. The only reason I am not giving either pair of insoles a perfect 5-star is because they do not have them in a wide size, which does not make sense. They sit a little awkwardly in the shoe and if they were just a centimeter or so wider, the foundation would be much more stable in the shoe. Still night and day difference from when I first wore the shoes and had serious fatigue. I purchased this pair of insoles for about $30 in May of 2024; for Women's size 7.5 athletic shoes. Did not need to cut to fit in the shoe. (Have only used for 2 days as of writing this review)
