Right Track Toys Train Track Piece - Rotating Track - 100% Compatible with All Major Brands Including Thomas Wooden Railway System

A cute, little "specialty" piece for the "Thomas the Tank Engine"/"Chuggington" type trains - my 4 year old grandson loved it, particularly the little "gates" at each end, which he couldn't stop playing with. However, the piece needs a couple of sloping "approach tracks" (since it is elevated), which are, surprisingly, not provided in the set, obliging you to borrow them from some other set or specialty piece. For the price of this item, there is no reason why a couple of inclined approach tracks could not have been included, particularly as the unit has "male" end pieces on both sides which renders it incompatible with other such elevated pieces. But for that, I'd have given it a "5".

Wonderful product for the price. I must warn parents that the screw that holds the bridge to the bottom platform is just that, a screw. the top of it is flat so don't worry about them hurting theirselves. The thing is the bridge comes off when turned too many times to the left. once screwed back on a few times the wood is stripped by the screw. I got a longer screw with a portion near the head without ridges and didn't tighten it all the way. this made it so my son's could turn it endlessly without breaking it. I do have to say this is an amazing value, it's just as good as a thomas bridge other than that one issue. I would reccomend this to people.

At the price, I can't believe how well made and engaging this bridge is. My son uses it more than his others now. It's so simple, yet so fun for him (28 months) to jam trains up while the bridge is turned away, then turning the bridge, & letting them go through. I'd say he likes this way more than many of the other, fancier bridges & what-nots Ive purchased to keep his track interesting while it facilitates his fine motor & problem solving skills. Kind of hard to work it in a track since it requires two parallel tracks below, & the intersecting one above, so be sure you have plenty of extra track, and at least one set of male to male/female to female pieces, no joke, eh.

Swivel bridge track does not line up with the rest of the piece, making it difficult to spin and keep the train on the track. The gates are easily pulled off and all of the glued pieces are on crooked, frustrating our two year old when he tries to move the parts. Our two year old loves the design, but there are no currently no more in stock so we are on the fence as to return it or try to take it apart and re-assemble it properly. Definitely would not recommend it as a new purchase.

This is the second time i bought the since the first time i got it it was broken in the package.the second one... Most recent one is defective....There should be two lips where the ascending tracks rest to keep them up... This has been glued to where there is only one on one side...so disappointed.

The piece is exactly as pictured, sturdy, and compatible with our son's wooden tracks, which are from mixed sets (Thomas, Imaginarium, IKEA, etc). As other reviewers mentioned, both ends on the upper level require male connecting tracks and all 4 on the lower level require female connecting tracks, but this is not a problem if you have a lot of various track components, which we do. My son loves playing with this piece and it allows him to route trains in new ways. He loves the barricades , although the design has little real-world-logic, since his various brand trains (including Thomas) fit just fine under the bridge, except for Chuggington trains, most of which are built a little taller (& wider). It's just a fun component that gives a little more movement and playability to his track.

Nice product and my kids were excited to play with it until it broke a week after we bought it. I tried to glue it back with Gorilla glue but unfortunately that didn't help.

My 3 y/o loves trains and loves this track. He likes to connect 7 cars and the track has trouble maintaining its direction with that many cars, but he still loves it. It is great that it has the track connections under the bridge. Great addition to any set. Works well with other wooden tracks as well have sets from all over many hand me downs.
