End your sufferings, How? (Read This before buying)
All of our misery stems from our thinking. This is the focal point around which the book is structured. This book will make you aware of the reality of life: all of your misery is the result of your thinking. You will be guided by the book toward a non-thinking path that will provide you with greater mental freedom. It's a crucial read, and I have to admit, it's quite mind-blowing. Few of the thoughts were incredibly novel to me, thus it took me some time to comprehend them on a deeper level. The way the insights were provided is what made this book such an intriguing read for me. Never before have I taken as many notes as I did for this specific book. The ideas offered in the book do offer a unique way to view things.Anyone looking for a way to bring more calm into their lives should read this book. However, in my opinion, this book is not appropriate for someone who is just starting to read. If you're going to read it, take your time and read it several times. There were a few insights in this book that I disagreed with, which was my issue with it (might be temporary). I advise that you fully comprehend the major ideas of each chapter. I felt that a few times, the chosen phrases were not accurate in light of the chapter's major message.

Excellent 👍
The author Joseph Nguyen has said in this book,' I am not saying this to criticize or judge at all, but to reveal the reality of it.'After reading the book, I strongly wish to modify his above statement to:- ' I am not trying to teach anything, but to bring you to your real self. 'This is my intrinsic reaction/response, to all the invaluable /secret ( hidden )plus points of every human being, revealed by the author Joseph Nguyen in his book.!I appreciate him, for keeping the same love for all of us, throughout the book. This is the best book on ' self care ' amongst all those, I have read till date. I am also confident that I will not get an equivalent, in future also !Every word, every sentence, every prediction and every illustration given in this book, is superb and realistic. I am damn sure, everyone reading this book will certainly and definitely get the magic way out, from his or her life difficulties.I am gifting this book to all my near and dear ones!I congratulate Joseph Nguyen for his book ' DON'T BELIEVE EVERYTHING YOU THINK ' which is a grand success, in psychological literature!

A guide on Unthinking and releasing yourself from your own thoughts
In this excellent work, Joseph Nguyen claims there is nothing new in the book. The book isn't the truth but simply leads you to it.In this book, the author explains the difference between thoughts and thinking. He emphasises that thinking is the root cause of our suffering. Thinking changes the way we feel and hinders our natural flow of thoughts. It stops us from feeling and our feelings control our vibration. When our vibration is positive, it leads to happiness and abundance. The fact that this book was conceived in about 4 months is surprising because it is a huge bundle of eclectic wisdom. Some examples are -✨We all are seeking abudance and unconditional love.✨The answer always lies within us if we keep an open mind.✨ Things are often simple and our brain overlooks that and tries to make them look complex.and so on.In many places, I could draw similarities to books like the Secret by Rhonda Byrne and Good Vibes Good Life by Vex King. For the first time, I came across the concept of unthinking and how uplifting it can be. I recommend it to everyone who needs a fresh perspective on the mind and its capabilities.Follow @read.with.taran on instagram for more such reviews

Good in parts
I’m a great believer in not throwing the baby out with the bath water… But there’s an awful lot of water in this. And the one tenet the author proposes that really gets my goat is that if you’re not experiencing your new, hoped-for state of bliss, joy and love (and, by extension, financial security), maybe it’s because you’re just not _believing_ hard enough… This, my friends, is the basis of so much cod philosophy and psychology and it makes me angry! There are a few interesting ideas in there, largely to do with how over-thinking can get in your own way, some thought-provoking quotations of the kind that daily flood our insta-feeds and the notion of goals being fuelled by inspiration or desperation, but those of you who are allergic to the kind of ‘woo-woo’ found in volumes like The Secret will, like me, come out in a rash.Overall: meh. There are so many fantastic self-help and psychology books out there, and this really is a rather shallow contribution to the oeuvre.

Energy flow
I relate to this book, throughout my life and im 63 now, i purposely detached myself from certain conditioning, including money due to my parents problems with money. I decided, if i didn't take on the worry then the universe would provide and guess what... it did.Although not rich in money, i am rich in time, health and sprirituality.I've spoken with many friend and other people i have met and they have been fascinated by how i live, many wish to be that way themselves. This book encapsulates that whole concept by breaking down into simple terms what it means to 'flow' and how anyone can achieve a more fulfilled life by just recognising what causes us to question everything and make our lives limited by our own borders.

Great book
I personally really enjoyed this book. Even though I have read a few books centered on the 3P philosophy of life, I still consider myself a 'newbee' with an openness to learn. As such, the book covered idess I have read before (unsurprising given the beautiful, yet powerful simplicity of The Principles), but I personally appreciated Joseph's analogies, 'thinking' exercises, ways of conveying the ideas and practical applications of the 3P's. I also appreciated the repetition of Principles to again really drill home the powerful simplicity of the 3P's (which for me, is a welcome antidote to how my human thinking brain can make things very complex and as such 'miss' the golden insights).

Simple and easy to understand book on how to reduce suffering
I really enjoyed this book. I came across it randomly on Amazon and so glad I did. Joseph really explains spiritual concepts in a simple and easy-to-understand manner. The Chapter on the difference between Thoughts and Thinking is particularly insightful.
