Well made but poorly packed.
The wall art arrived in a very poor condition. The packaging was split and the two cats tails that hang below the window frame were very distorted. The cardboard box had insufficient packing to prevent damage to the item. I made the decision to keep the product and effect my own repairs to the distorted frame and cats tails. I also touched up the paintwork in two places. I was very pleased with the wall art when the corrective work was completed. Such a shame that little effort was taken to ensure that item was properly protected for transit.
