Have heard melatonin recommended by Huberman Lab Podcast for quite some time but never got around to trying it. When Neend released their gummies I immediately bought them. I listen to their sleep stories and music, and the team is responsive on Twitter when I reached out about my sleep problem.I have a few nights where I just cannot sleep and it becomes a Netflix fest all night. I tried it multiple times in the last few weeks and it is very encouraging. First immediately after taking a bite I have this sensation wash over me that makes me feel like it's time to sleep. I do take some time to fall asleep but the next day I usually wake up very rested and not sleepy at all. A huge positive on a workday. My normal sleep cycle returns without using these gummies. So not addictive.After these results, I shared my gummies with a relative who was using sleeping pills suggested by a doctor. I bought this 6 months back, for the first time ,and it was very good. Used to get good sleep in 30 mins. Ordered it again 10 days back. This one has 30 gels instead of 40 and the size of the gel is reduced. I don't feel any effect even after consuming 2 gels. Looks like the quality has been compromised.Regards,Sam

They won't knock you out like sleeping pills but they create an urge to sleep. I yawned for 30 mins after taking this and that was the message to go and sleep. I have never slept so soundly like this before.One bonus is that you wake up feeling fresh as well. No grogginess felt.

As a result of irregular work schedules, I have been having trouble sleeping lately. I found these gummies to be very effective and easy to take (these are chewable).
