No frogs in the pool
I have kept one of these in my pool for 4 years and haven't had to fish out a dead frog in that time. Beforehand I was doing it 3-4 times a week...gross. I have a large garden with a water feature... which equals lots of small frogs. I will always keep one in the pool and have given them to friends with pools as gifts.

Frog saved
Funny to see how the frog was using it this morning.

newborn baby ducks love it
a mother duck had 5 newborn ducklings in my pool. It takes about six inches to jump out of the water to get out of the pool; six inches is fairly high considering the ducklings are half the height. When I first saw the baby ducks, they immediately try to swim away, but obviously cannot jump/fly out of the water. I bought this Escape Ramp to help with that. The ducklings quickly used it to walk out of the pool, so it works. I seem the ducklings use it constantly throughout the day.

No more frogs
Previously, I’d wake up in the morning and there were 30+ frogs bathing in my pool. Then I would find numerous dead frogs in my skimmer. Since installing 2 floating Lilly pads, I have no frogs in my pool. They are either escaping using the floats or are afraid of the lily pads. Either way, it works.

It's disposable. It didn't even last a year.
It's fine at its job if you only need it for a few months, but it sits out in the pool 24/7. They know it's going to sit in a pool all the time, in the sun, right? It needs to be made out of more sturdy material. It didn't even sit out during the summer months yet. It lasted October through June, but now there's a tear in the material over the balloon and a tear in the material holding the sand.Into the landfill it goes.

No more drowned frogs!
So I had a problem with frogs jumping in my pool for a midnight swim and then realizing they couldn't jump out. Sort of like jumping off your boat without dropping a ladder. So I guess this thing works because I've had zero drowned frogs on the bottom of my pool since installing it.

Frogs can’t figure it out
This was easy to set up but unfortunately it’s too complicated for any of my local frogs to figure out. Still fishing dead frogs out of the pool.

No clue if it's working or not
I honestly have no idea if it's working or if I just don't have any frogs this year. The netting around the edge is good at catching at lots of bugs though. So that's a bonus.
