These are just what I needed to replace the lock on my journal. My journal came with a heart shaped lock that was the typical one that is locked with a key. Though my journals original lock was pretty, it wasn’t secure enough, and I didn’t want to bother with a key. This lock was the PERFECT solution. It is not only pretty but it works great! I would definitely recommend it.

Does not function properly
The directions were online in the description but were not very clear and I could not get them to work. Cute lock but the function is not there. It works on 0-0-0 but you can not set your own code. One broke very easy when trying to set code. Would not recommend x

No instructions for combination???
This product came with NO instructions. It will unlock when set to all zeros (000) after it took us that long to figure that out. But we have no idea how to set our own personal combination code. Why in the world would you send these without a way for the customer to change the combo code??? This would be one star but they are cute. That’s it.

They break to easily
One broke right after and the other one broke easily because the lock wouldn't work correctly.

Please include instructions!
My locks came without instructions to reset the combination.I had to go onto Amazon, and look up the product… found them in the details section of locks.If I have to go online to look it up, at least include a short video!A tad tricky to reset, but once done they are working fine.Super cute!

TO RESET COMBINATION
to reset the combo stick a pin or skinny stick-like item in the small black hole at the bottom of the lock. while pushing it in, put in the numbers you’d like and then release the black button. it’s a little tricky but not impossible. hope this helps :)

WORST lock!! DO NOT buy!
This is the worst lock I ever buy! 1st, this is impossible to reset the code. So, I didn't reset the code after tried for over 1 hour by following the instruction online. Please be aware that there is no instruction/guidance to teach you how to reset the lock. 2nd, I use the default code, which is 0,0,0 to lock the diary. But it cannot be unlocked after I locked it which default code, 0,0,0. I have to destroy the diary (please see the picture) to open the diary!!!! DO NOT buy this item!!! This is the worst nightmare you will ever get if you buy it!!!!
