Among other nutritional benefit there are lots and lots of calcium in black sesame seeds that have not been hulled.Hulled sesame seeds have almost all the calcium removed (over 90% removed).I have drank milk and ate bread, biscuits etc made from dairy products for years with no issues. And then suddenly allergy rashes broke out and it took a long time to single out the culprit, and it was dairy products.Getting calcium from pills is not a good idea (read up online on the health issues of doing that, especially the newer articles from the last few years).Calcium from foods is a great idea, and this is one of the richest source for sure!===Taste: We love this in homemade dark breads and biscuits which we eat daily. In baked goods the taste is milder and actually adds to the enjoyment of eating (to our family). It can be somewhat overpowering for salads etc. too some people, although that is not true for me, I love it even there.But in baked goods I don't think anyone would dislike this!

I have seen black sesame seeds before but not seen that tiny. It looks like just black seed not black sesame seeds
