It definitely works just need to stay consistent with wearing it.

I bought this in hopes of using it as a replacement chin strap (as I have sleep apnea). I'm not sure if my head is too big or if the product is too stretchy. It is soft and it did arrive on a timely basis.

Little by little, it's working. Try using it for a while and see how it goes.

So I didn't use this much until I figured out that my mouth is falling open when I sleep and causing all sorts of issues. So, I started wearing this to sleep to keep my mouth closed. I did cut the earholes bigger and attach another strap around the back of my head to keep it off my ears, kind of like some other models on Amazon that are designed for sleep. I had originally gotten it to reduce my developing double chin, but felt so silly and weird and pointless wearing it that I just tucked it away.Well let me tell you that I am so pleased with my results! I'm using it way more than they recommend, all night every night, so I have no idea if following their recommendations would get the same results. But it's helping my teeth stay healthier, I no longer wake up coughing, and I look better! So this is a triple winner for me. The photos are before I started wearing this to bed, and after wearing it every night for about 3-4 weeks. The light's not exactly the same, but I still think it's pretty impressive. I'm wearing it forever now lolBecause I had to modify it, I gave it some lower feature ratings, but the results are 5 star.

I wasn’t expecting this to do much but I thought ide give it a try. It was comfortable enough to fall asleep in it. In the morning I felt like it may have made a difference so I started wearing it to sleep a few times a week. I would every night I just fall asleep before I think about. I do see that there is a difference. I’ve had it for about 6 months and it’s time to buy another.It’s not a miracle obvious change just enough to make me not get worse as I get older.

It had become increasingly apparent that my snoring level had gotten out of hand as my own snoring would wake me up. I was waking up all throughout the night, tossing, and turning and feeling lousy in the morning. I woke up with a totally dry mouth as well. I decided to try this chin strap (not so much for a wrinkle reliever although that would be a terrific benefit!) to see if would keep me from mouth breathing and from snoring. It did! An unexpected perk was that I actually am sleeping better than I have in a very long time. It takes a while to get used to, but I'm willing to make that trade-off. I'm pleased with this product.

Pretty good post -surgery garment. It does slide off when sleeping, but it’s good for around the house :).

Les trous pour les oreilles sont trop hauts,le tissu est facile à couper pour l'ajustement des sorties des oreilles.

J'avoue toute est parfait le soutien j'ai juste pas constaté les résultats mais en gros notamment pour le prix s'est magnifique

it just doen't fit at all, the ear holes aren't in the proper place and it also slides off of the head, totally useless

If u have a small face like I do with double chin. This is not for you.This is a product for ppl with bigger faces. The ear loops do not fit. Its way too big for me and uncomfortableResults wise I can't tell yet.But so far not good
