I took them as directed and never on a totally empty stomach. Well they caused my stomach to burn and I didn’t lose a pound. I eat lie fat and lie calorie food

I purchased it based on the comments. It didn’t do a thing for me! Watch what you eat and workout! You have to work at it. Dropping gummies is a farce.
