Q: What size labels fit on here ?

I use 2in x 2in labels and they work great. I wouldn’t got over 2in width but you can definitely put taller labels on these.

Q: How many oz of wax do these hold?

These hold 4 ounces of wax very well.

Q: How do these do when popping wax melts out?

The wax pops out fine but just FYI, my last order, the lids were super easy to open...meaning they weren't air tight so my wax melts lost their scent rapidly.
