Lindy's Premium Red Taco Sauce (Medium)

I grew up in Southern CA and Lindy's is a local favorite. I can't find it in TX, so Amazon to the rescue! It is very mild heat-wise, but adds loads of flavor. It is great on tacos, burritos, or even scrambled eggs.**Edit—in response to complaints about shipping cost, those glass bottles are heavy! They are well packed and I’ve never gotten a broken bottle and even with shipping, this is just over 5 bucks a bottle. I’ve spent quite a bit more money trying out different brands that I never end up liking near as well. Worth it, 💯

It's a great hot sauce! Use it on tacos and it goes into making chili!!! Enchiladas! Used to get it by the 12 bottle case at Stater Bros markets in San Bernardino and Redlands, CA but they don't handle it anymore. Gerrard's in Redlands has it! I've used it for 40 years or more and the only thing to beat it was the hot sauce at Taco Tia take out restaurants which was made by Taco Tia.

In these COVID-19 days we're eating more tacos. Easy to make and a hit with the kids. We're semi-vegan so most of them are not made with meat or real cheese so taste is more important than usual. I couldn't find the taco sauce that I had on hand but had cleverly hidden so I figured I'd get sauced on Lindy's. Wow. A great improvement over what we had been getting at the grocery store. It's so good we've been using it as a flavoring for other foods. The red version has the perfect level of warmth.

This is the taco sauce my Mother raised us on. Maybe the San Diego Navy commissary had it because that is where she shopped. It is just the right heat and flavor and is now nearly impossible to find in a grocery store. We LOVE it.

I am 72 now, And have been using this product since my teens. Homemade Tacos just aren't the same without it..

I had never heard of this taco sauce but my husband grew up with it. As usual when I purchased it I was not sure it would taste as he remembered. First night we had tacos I put it on his and he was like WOW. For him that says a lot.

I was so pleased to find Lindys available online. Lindys is our favorite taco sauce...not too hot not too mild. It wasn't a problem to buy a case. The sauce will last and we will be happy!

I've been using Lindy's for over 5 decades. I have never found a sauce that I like as much. Bought a case as it's hard to find anymore.
