Q: I am 5'8 40 chest and waist 34 what size I should order?

I am 5'11, chest 44 and waist 33. I wear medium size and it fits very well. Small size will be fine if you just wanna wear a t shirt beneath it else medium.

Q: Does it have sweatshirt like cuffs on the inside sleeves?

No. It's just a sewn in bib with the hood attached.

Q: I`m 5'6" and 190lbs (34waist and 44 chest) what size will be ok for me? Large?

Large should fit you just fine, however I noticed this jacket runs just a little short. The hem is at the waistline at its lowest
