I purchased these for my autistic son. He can be very sensitive to taste but found the flavor of these to be good. These did help him lose a little bit of weights along with his diet change. I am not saying the product may not have allowed him to lose more weight but we had another gummy recommended that he is currently using. Definitely worth giving a try.

First of all, anyone who expected a product made with apple cider vinegar to be the most delicious gummies ever, needs to manage their expectations next time. Personally, I like the taste.They have NEVER made me sick. My husband and I both take them and she’s fine too.I lost 3 pounds in the first week with no change of diet or exercise. The best thing is that it does suppress my appetite if I take them between meals. If people think they can just take a supplement and continue over-eating and being sedentary AND miraculously lose a ton of weight they’re dreaming.

After taking these for a month, I did not notice anything. Might as well just fallow the keto diet true

I thought this was going to live up to all of it's promotions. Sadly it has not. I am taking it just as directed and I see no benefit. I did not change my diet as I consider it fairly healthy and I exercise regularly. I"ll finish the bottle and if all of the sudden a miracle appears , I'll change my review.

Whatever I was sent doesn’t match the image of the product being advertised on Amazon (or anywhere else) and half of the label is missing. In fact, it looks like the label was printed off a computer printer and slapped on a clear container of apple shaped candy. And what’s worse is that I can’t even return the mystery gummy because it’s a Non-returnable item.

As usual, the diet product doesn’t work like it promises.It’s a good laxative and that’s about it. I also had an allergic reaction. Hive like rash.Don’t waste your money because when it causes severe diarrhea and dehydration they still won’t refund your money. It’s a scam
