I bought it on last May'22... if only your mobile has video stabilisation... go for it...Adhesion is poor... even it didn't last 2 mins... better use m-seal....J - hook sturdity is also poorOverall Its good to have a experience

Good for beginners only
No doubt about the product. Product quality is really good. Only drawbacks of this product are1. You can not attach J hook on this2. You can not attach your gopro directly. You have to buy mount extension separately for this.3. Instead of fastener clip, manufacturer could use velcro strap. That would be more trustworthy as fastener clip gets loose after riding on bad roads

Got this for my HJC off-road helmet to mount my GoPro Hero 11 Mini and Hero 8 (with Media Mod). This things sit right in place and stays there. Even after hard enduro style off-roading with the GoPro mounted, this didn’t move a bit. Hold the weight of the GoPro quite well. Looks quite good too and does appear like a protruding extra fitting. Takes less than a minute to install and get going. Really happy with the purchase.

The best but…
I’m skeptical about 3M tape mounts (but ended up ordering that now after returning this), this is the BEST (in terms of quality and safety) you could get with only a single drawback, it compromises the air (AND SOUND) proofing on your visor. Check out the before and after photos.Yea I know that you could remove it with a snap whenever on the highway but note that you will be needing one additional person to strap it to your helmet whenever you want, which in my case is a heavy hassle that I’m not willing to take.Wanted to give 5 stars but couldn’t.
