US buyers take note
I really want to give this phone 5 starts. Easily one of, if not THE, best Android devices on the market today. The only reason I dropped a star is because I bought the international version in the US and it does NOT have WiFi calling baked in to the OS. This means if you live in the mountains like me and have no cell service you won't be making phone calls. I got the Pixel 2XL instead and I honestly regret it. The U11 is the better device.

It seems like the device was faster than me
This device really working fast. When I've first opened it, and installed all my apps from my account, It seems like the device was faster than me, it had install the apps almost faster than I marked them to be installed.

Great.
Great phone. It sucks that my provider does not offer HTC brand phones any more. I will continue to buy this brand and get it unlocked to my network. These phones are fantastic and perform in some ways better than the more expensive phones.

It could be a good phone, but....
It has the potential to be a good phone, the speakers are good, the concept is good, but HTC screwed it up. First, it says it has dual sim slots and it says it has an SD card slot; not necessarily so. It has two sim slots but if you use both, you cannot use the SD card slot, and if you use the SD card slot, then you can only use one of the sim slots. it's called a Hybrid Sim/SD slot and frankly it's stupid. If I need two sim card slots then that means I NEED two sim card slots and if I buy a phone with two sim card slots and an SD card slot, that's because I NEED an SD card slot. Otherwise I would buy a single sim phone and switch out the cards while using my SD card. In short, they should state that it has two sim slots OR an SD card slot. Stupid point number 2, the U11 was known worldwide as the phone with built in Alexa (google phone with built in Alexa) or google U11. This phone does not have, nor does it allow Alexa to run on it; apparently because it is a Hong Kong version. In a phone so widely known as The Phone With Built in Alexa, the seller needs to state that this phone does not have built in Alexa, nor can it run on this platform. I've been an HTC customer for years, but their last phone, a Hong Kong version I could not get software updates to it, because it was a Hong Kong version, and the After Service center in Taiwan, where they are made, could not fix it because it was a Hong Kong version. I'm done with HTC and have switched to Asus. As a Taiwanese friend said to me, HTC is doing their best to go out of business.

personally I pass
I wanted to buy it, since HTC is a solid company, but what's its use if it has no Highspeed data available on my carrier Tmobile....Note this only has GSM capability, and oh, no warranty whatsoever...I wonder why?
