I have been snoring heavily for a couple of years. Recently ive tried to lose some weight to cope with this but it hasnt improved much. I had septoplasty to help me breathe better due to sinusitis but that hasnt prevented me from snoring neither. I was searching online to help alleviate and came across this device. For $15 it was well worth a shot because i went to great lengths to stop snoring. TBH i was super skeptical if this will even work. I tired it on the first night to take them off because they felt like they were putting too much pressure on my septum and it kinda made my nose sore. The next day my wife said that i wasnt really snoring them so i put them on for another day to try it out, but this time i loosely put them on and didnt put them in too deep into my nostril. this help me not snore and didnt compromise comfort. my wife and i share the same bed but she usually watches hulu and sleeps about and after i do and she said she observed that i wasnt snoring at all. for a few days after that she said that i would snore maybe just a bit but would feel more muffled. she was a bit concerned however that i wasnt breathing properly. But let me tell you i havent had a time where i woke up from my sleep apnea gasping for air cause i caught my times a few time doing this. Overall its worth a try but i dont think this will work on everyone. I think it depends where your snoring is originating from in order to determine its right for you. This had helped me but i still find myself kinda taking them off almost 60% through my night cause it does still bother me a bit wearing them. However i must admit im getting more used to it. At the end of the day, 15$ is well worth the risk imo.

I'm pretty desperate for a solution to my snoring so I was willing to shove these things in my nostrils to help with the awful noises I make at night. I think it could work for some people depending on WHY you snore. It is a little uncomfortable but you do forget it's in there. Per my husband, it didn't change my snoring habits. And to be completely honest, I think I ripped these out in my sleep because I never woke up with them still attached to my face.

My husband said it has definitely reduced my snoring. The only issue I have is it falls out in the middle of the night. It feels very comfortably snug but I must roll around and drag my face across the pillow to pull it off. If I wake up in the middle of the night without it, I just grab another one from my nightstand and find the lost one in the morning. I don't mind the feeling either. It doesn't hurt.

Arrived as described. I'm using them fairly regularly, and it seems like they might be helping me sleep deeper and breathe better, although it's hard to tell, because I'm, you know, asleep. I'll continue to use and report on any changes. Sometimes I don't notice I have them on and sometimes I find them slightly annoying and take them off, or accidentally knock them of in my sleep, etc.

I started using this a couple of weeks ago, and it has made a big difference! It's easy to use, comfortable, and was worth my money. I definitely recommend using this product!

It’s comfortable, small enough, but for some reason i never sleep a full night with it.

My husband's snoring was getting out of control. He would have crazy dreams and his snoring sounds would be exponentially loud! Like insane. I ordered these at 2:30am one morning out of frustration from getting woken for the 50x that night. I will tell you I am amazed. His breathing is better and he doesn't have the same high pitch sounds! He looks more refreshed in the mornings and I'm not getting woken up. 5 stars and totally recommend! The one complaint is his nostril is a little sore the next morning but nothing extreme and goes away before he's done with his shower. Totally worth it! And I absolutely love the little case they have to store them in.

Takes some getting used to relaxing and falling asleep when you put freezing cold metal in your nose, but then you just forget it's there. Definitely a noticeable improvement in airway.
