Alright, i'm going to spend the time here and write a review as this rating system really doesn't narrow down the important things.I agree, this company has good customer service. They reached out to me to see what they could do to rectify the issue i had. So with that being said, i give them 5 stars.As for the fit of the product and the material i give the 2 stars. I followed their chart and it was still too large. The product doesn't really look like the pictures...maybe if it was the right size it would. Also, the material is super thick...almost like a diving suit. I know there are other products out there that aren't as thick and still produce the "sauna" and "slimming" effect. I want to wear one under my clothes and it look like i'm NOT wearing one underneath my clothes.

Updated review:The company sent me a replacement and recommended I hand wash the item rather than machine washing it. So far, it's okay but the outer layer of material is again separating from the inner layer after only 1 hand wash and hang dry. I'm still evaluating.Original review:I've owned this product for MAYBE 3 weeks and it's already torn and falling apart. Definitely NOT - AT ALL - worth the money spent on it. I'm completely disappointed.

I purchased the size large knowing it would be very snug and hoping I could squeeze into it! It is perfect! I measured my waist and then went down a size to get the compression I was looking for! The shaper arrived very fast and was exactly as described! The material is a nice thick neoprene and it induces sweating very quickly! YAS QUEEN!!!! The zipper is a very solid metal and super durable. It is SOOOOOO extremely comfortable! The straps are thick and do not cut into my armpits like some other shapers I've tried!Because this is super tight on me, I wear a shirt underneath as shown in the photos to prevent skin irritation from the combo of sweating and compression!I enjoy this waist trainer/shaper/sauna suit very much and would definitely recommend this seller to anyone looking for a product like this! I will be ordering another when I drop a size!!! :o)

Great quality and the zipper is strong. I purchase the Medium since I am about 31-32" around the stomach area and the size guide recommendation. My friend has a 36" waist so I gave it to her and she loves it(see picture).When I put it on, it felt slightly snug, but not enough, I want it to be tighter so I am going order the small.The smell was not bothersome at all and it goes away so no issues there.Excellent customer service too.Also, I really like this type because it's designed with a zipper only. I previously tried the one that has both the hooks and zipper. The hooks were just way too time consuming! This design of just the zipper is way better and convenient.

This is my second purchase. Originally I purchased a large as I'm 5'9 and weighed 185 at that time. But it was a little big so I gave it to my mom. I bought a medium this go round and I like the fit. Good to workout in and also to just wear up your everyday clothes. Easy to wash. I let mine air dry. Overall completely satisfied for the price. I'll be purchasing a smaller one as I continue on this weight loss journey

I honestly love this product, it actually fits true to size and once you start working out with in on. it heats up your entire core and mid section for an amazing sweat and core burn. After two weeks workout with it on, I notice my shirts felt loose on my belly than usual and I started to shrink. All I can say is give this product a try during your workouts or house work or running errands and you to will begin to benefit from the workout vest, like i have. I love it. Also it instantly make your mid section appear to be smaller once you have it on. This is a great product!!!, you don't have to take my word, give it a try for yourself

I bought this in Hope's it would be better then others I have bought. ( and I have bought many of these ). the reviews are very iffy on sizing and material. So I decided to buy a size small. I am 5'3 and 160 pounds.. I basicly have no curves but I do have a slight mommy tummy. I could of gotten a size medium ( my normal size ) but I also wanted it to suck everything in. And it does exactly that. It's a snug fit, with a little struggle to zip. But that's fine, it's perfect. The length is perfect goes down to my waist. I'm happy I did not pass because of negative reviews.. I could not be happier with this purchase. The price was also right..

Update: Ursexyly has great customer service. I am very pleased on how they reached out to me over the vest being too big. I give them 5 stars for there customer service but still wish the vest came in a smaller size.I am giving it 2 stars because it is way to big even though I followed the sizing chart. I was really looking foward to this. Unfortunately it is way to big. It fits me like a loose T-shirt. I was really hoping it would have a tight fit to it. Wish it came in an x-small so I can give a review on how the vest works.Plus: the material is very thick. It looks like it would have done the job very well. I am 5’1 and the vest came all the way down to my hips and covered my lower stomach very well.Cons: way to big
