Bought this trap a few months ago. The cover did not seem to slide/line up all that smoothly, so I had returned it More recently, I was giving consideration to making another attempt at getting one of these, but now, IT COSTS NEARLY DOUBLE THE PRICE.A BIIIIIIIG. FAAAAAAT. "ONE STAR REVIEW" goes to them!!!

Broke immediately.
The plastic handle you turn to set the trap broke off under light pressure. The instructions say to turn the knob until it becomes hard to turn but I only turned it until it was under light pressure and it snapped off the first time it was triggered, anyway. The plastic knob hits a striker that stops it after half a turn (which is what it takes to eject a mouse into the trap housing) but the plastic knob is too weak to take the pressure of the strike. Maybe I just got a defective unit. As things stand, I have to give the trap a bad review since it broke immediately, but I will remove this review if the company sends me a replacement that actually functions. The concept is great.

No good
Multiple mouse trap no good, not sensitive enough. Also limited 6 mouse or less. Over the limit, mouse can come out. I bought three from different prices. The expensive one little better, the cheapest one is the worse.

One out of three catches get smashed or head cut off. But it still will catch mice if it's yammed up. Next mouse touches it then it usually spins the dead one free. This thing has removed more mice than anything I have known in three days.

Cheap knockoff of a great design
Junk - Put two in our garage and neither one would catch mice. We even baited them with corn to confirm that the mice were walking through and the food would be gone with no mice in the trap. Either they are too light to set the trap off or the gap in the trap door was too large and they could squeeze out.

This one is not quite as sturdy as the other
I bought this trap, and another brand of the same style. This one is not quite as sturdy as the other, so some mice are able to push the trap door, though not enough to escape. You can imagine the consequences. Well, maybe some escape, but given the disposals I have had to make, I doubt it. The addition of the viewing window is nice, and it does work, but it is somewhat less than humane.

Catches them for sure!
Works great. 4 mice the first night and one to two every night since. I have several bags of hog feed I'm trying to protect from the mice. This is even working great in the freezing cold weather

Easy and humane
Works great. The best and most humane way to catch mice. It will hold more than one so it will catch each one before you empty it. Just be sure not to go more than 12 hours or 24 at the most to check it. Easy to release the mice outside.
