Gems and minerals
This was a fun read. Romance, mystery, and diamonds come together for a fun story with a decent plot and a love story.

Mystery of Gem
When two scientists come together to help the FBI, to find a stolen diamond Dr. Ian Clark and Nina Levin are matched together. One is specialized in gemstones and one in Mineralogy.I love these mysteries and good romances that come together in the end. Love the storyline and makes you want to keep reading.

WONDERFUL
I would give this book many more stars if that was possible. The intrigue was amazing and kept me reading well into the night. The story unfolded with a way that made it impossible to stop reading. I thoroughly recommend this book.

This book has all the ingredients that makes a good book for me. It is a good book. There is danger, sadness, family, good/bad guys and a really warm hearted love story.I just couldn't get into it like I normally would. I guess I'm in a different subject reading area.

a good read
An unusual storyline, Dr Ian Clark and Nina were approached by the FBI to help authenticate jewellery that had been stolen. I found that part of the book long winded and boring, but further on it got more interesting as there was a secret revealed that Nina knew nothing about. She was receiving notes demanding she turn over Roza or there would be consequences. She hadn’t a clue and ignored the notes thinking they were for someone else in her apartment building. She worked with Ian for the FBI for awhile on the jewellery they had confiscated and attended a private auction at the FBI request. This book must have had a lot of research done regarding the jewels, it was not something that interested me. Then things escalated and it got more interesting regarding her mother who was murdered in her jewellery shop a decade ago. Events then took place that were shocking and secrets were revealed. A good read if you are interested in reading about gemstones! Ian and Nina didn’t like each other at the beginning but over time things changed between them, Nina had twin 5 year old girls, unusually bright and clever, Ian was enamoured with them and they liked him which made Nina melt. A romance developed towards the end of the book after a dramatic episode.
