Q: what are the materials used

I’m not sure but I would equate it to the same material used in knee braces. Something similar to neoprene. It’s soft and seems comfortable.

Q: Just received pink vest. No pocket for music player. Just a Velcro strip where the pocket should be.

On the one I got the music player goes into the velcro strip. That is the pocket and then you use the velcro to close it and keep the music player in the pocket. I hope this helps.

Q: is there a place to attatch a leash??

Hi, No place to attach a leash. You can use your own collar and leash on top of the vest.
