Only has white and flash
I ordered this for a quick third brake light for my '65 beetle. The light does seem to be longer than the spacing of a US license plate. I may use the L brackets backwards to bolt to the plate. The light has a very bright white light and bright strobing red light. But mine did not have a wire for the solid red. The wiring for the led has three wires and the wires are extremely small, 20 or 24 ga.

Brackets do not fit american plate bolts
Color codes on wires are wrong compared to description. I ordered backup light brake light combo. Got the backup and braking strobe.
