Box that held wheel was open item was smaller then what I thought
The shipping box was in good condition. However the package box that held item was open. Item was smaller then what I expected.

Used for wreaths and they are beautiful
I use these to make two nautical wreaths . They turned out awesome I get tons of compliments on them every weekend. They could also be used on their own as wall decorations
