It functions.
It spins, but doesn't do much of anything beyond that. The bristles are far too soft to do anything, and any application of pressure makes it stop. Great idea, size, and shape. But doesn't do anything worth while.

Eh, I have better.
You get what you pay for. There really isn't too much power to clean / polish your shoes - but it does save your arm when you buy and sell shoes. The black polishing attachment is not even usable as it's not even secured to the attachment.
