We bought this bike for my son. We are in a small town and live about 1 mile from town. This little bike has nice power. Even when I ride the bike it scoots along nicely and I am 6'2" and 220 lbs.We charge the bike every time it gets used, as suggested in the manual.The only problem to date has been with the seat. The seat is comfortable, but it is made to flip up for battery removal. We normally charge the battery while it is in the bike since we have the room to bring it inside to plug it in overnight. The seat will not stay latched in the riding position. The front goes down and the back flips up. When grabbing the bike to pick it up to go up some steps, the seat unlatches, even without touching the seat release lever.If it wasn't for the seat latch issue, I would give it 5 stars.
