This bar is just the genius marketing machine making a product that people who don’t ACTUALLY want to fast can eat and feel good about. Fasting is simple. If you are eating you are not fasting. And if you are fasting you are not eating. If you want to eat these bars, I’m sure they are tasty but it’s not fasting.

These bars are super good. They do not break your fast. When you ate doing intermittently fasting and want something to snack on, these are the bars.

Q: Does it contain sugar alcohol or cane sugar

Neither. But does list honey as an ingredient.

Thought it was against Amazon regulation to list food items without ingredients never mind the FDA. INTERESTING HOW THEY HAVE BEEN BOTHERED TO REPLY TO ANY OF THE INGREDIENTS QUESTIONS.
