They work very well for arthritic feet.
My only negative is that they wear out quickly, as the material that is used is a little flimsy. That being said, I keep ordering them!

Most useful to me as inserts rather than insoles. I put them on top of my walking shoes' insoles.
I most like the memory foam being in the right places for my feet: the arches and the balls of my feet. Note that the sizing graph is not correct. I wear a women's size 9 shoe and I didn't need to cut it down to what the chart indicated. I use the entire insert just as it is. The heel pad doesn't seem to be as thick as the arch padding. Overall, I like the insole/insert so much that I've ordered a couple more pairs. (Memory foam does have a short life after all.) Also, they make me feel like I'm walking on air!

These work!
Tried at least 8 insoles ordered online. They all had either a hard center core that was painful, didn't cover entire foot, gave no support or too much support, or all of the above. Finally, here is a pair that is just right. They support in all the right places and are soft and comfortable, stay put in shoes and fit my women's size 9 foot without trimming. The beige pair is inconspicupus in sandals (why are so many some garish color?). I just oredered this 2nd pair to use in other shoes. They are reasonably priced and a huge help with my many foot problems.

useless
I bought this hoping to get relief from Morton's neuroma/metatarsalgia. The bump on these turned out to be directly under the ball of the foot, which is specifically not recommended (it must be behind the ball of the foot). Anyway the cushioning effect is practically nil--the bumps on this just flatten under weight. I returned them and shelled out for the more expensive but more effective metatarsal orthotics by Pedag and Emsold.

Do not buy please! waste of $10! Cheap materials not like in Picture!
Honest review here. The product is just a pair and I got the cream color! My golly, it is very cheaply made, trust me! The cloth is very thin and it detaches from the rubber. The rubber ivery thin too well coz it’s not memory foam. It work for my sore arch and heel for 1/2 days of use. Then my foot aches the more after a couple of days of use. I think I got robbed of $10 for how cheaply the materials are used. Please don’t buy! I don’t use it anymore coz I hurt even when I add a padding and put this product under the extra padding as insoles...it still hurt my foot! I found something worth the buy at Walmart in the shoe aisle w/c is very thick rubbery insole and a foam on top of it... my foot feels like stepping in a not hard floor... it’s not soft but firm...I forgot what it’s cold but i guess that thing is $20+ a pair...the insole color is gray and u can tell it’s thickness!!! really thick! unlike this product!

Comfy
I have toe fractures, a massive bunion, a cyst and bone spur at the top of my foot. I use these inserts in everything I wear. It takes the pressure off my toes. I am awaiting surgery.

Comfortable insoles
I really like these insoles, the little pillows really makes the differences in comfort. They fit my size 9 shoe without cutting. Plan to purchase again right away.

Thin, super versatile (for shoes, boots, sneakers) and comfortable.
These insoles are not only comfortable, they're thin enough to work with shoes, booties and/or sneakers that might not fit with a thicker insole ( I prefer to leave the original insole in to create more padding). These also work great with rain boots, providing support and making it possible to wear the rain boots for longer than if no insole were inserted. I've purchased a few pairs, and will continue to buy more-
