If you have a toddler that struggles to stay regular this will help them so much. With one small squeeze to my daughter’s water I know that this will help her gut health and stay regular.

The only down side to this brand of MCT oil is that it comes in a plastic container. I wish it was in a dark glass container which is always better for the product, to keep it fresh and of course reduces the plastic waste. The actual product is excellent though. I use this in my morning coffee with collagen powder and some ghee butter to make a "Fat coffee" concoction that tastes delicious and fills me up for hours and hours. MCT oil is so good for your healthy fats when you are fasting it helps sustain energy and also allows me to fast for longer periods of time. I have never used it for anything other than my coffee. I just wish they offered it in a glass container, but I am sure that would increase the price a great deal. Very satisfied with the product overall.

This is what I'd expect, a thin oil (I'm used to olive, which is thicker). It has a tight squeeze top allowing you to just squirt quickly, no drippy cap. Doesn't seem to have a lot of flavor or scent, coconut or otherwise, works fine for salad, coffee or tea. It's got a low smoke point, I probably wouldn't cook with it (not sure about all the mono and poly bonds and glycation and so on, but it would probably burn too easily even if it's not unhealthy.) So far totally satisfied. Is it a miracle cure? I'll let you know.

I use it for fruit salads and green salads. Not heavy and gives extra energy. I use it every day.

I wanted to wait 45 days before reviewing this product to see how it affected my body. I use it to make a cup of bullet coffee every morning. I have had nothing but positive results.I have been very pleased with this product. I just bought my 2nd bottle.
