To each his/her own, as they say. I think the gentle, somewhat floral fragrance adds to the sensual aspect of this cleanser. And there is a lot of sensuality in this product. The scent is ambiguous and subtle. It is not faint, but it only lasts while I am washing my face. It does not linger. But, hey, if you want fragrance-free--this is not for you, pass it by.But if you want your face cleansing to be pleasurable, and not just a chore, you might want to consider it. It feels good on my face, it rinses off easily, and it leaves my skin feeling clean.It is a bright white so-soft cream that blossoms in just the water clinging to face and hands. The foam is dense and rich, and as I massage it around my face it grows. Less than a pea-size amount is plenty to use. It is a luxurious feeling. I'm not saying the fragrance of this will rival your favorite floral scent, but it is a peaceful, interesting fragrance that adds to the experience. I'm glad to have found it.

I love this brand of cleanser! This doesn’t “strip” your skin’s biome of natural moisture: I don’t feel like I need to immediately put on facial moisturizer right after washing like many cleansers because my skin has gotten SO tight from it. The foam is gentle and mild, making a pleasant experience on your delicate facial skin.I do think it was great on makeup removal, too. I didn’t have to do a double wash with my mascara: it rinsed it really well! This is my go-to wash for regular evenings now, in between more heavy duty cleansers. Great for sensitive skin in my opinion!

I love this product for my face. It’s very moisturizing. Goes on thick but it does not dry out your skin. Leaves it feeling super soft. Also love the smell

This cleansing gel is really nice and foamy when I add it to wet hands and rub my palms together, and it cleans really well. In fact, it cleans so well that this is my preferred cleanser at night, especially during the summer months after a long day of humidity and perspiration. The foam is rich and creamy and it makes my skin squeaky clean. That's the thing, though. I wouldn't really consider it "hydrating" so much as just creamy and good at cleaning (removing makeup, perspiration, and general yuckiness from my face). So that's why I say it's best forr the summer months since that's when I really need something to remove the sweaty yuck from my face. In winter, I need something that is much more mild and doesn't leave my skin quite so squeaky clean--which in the winter means basically too dry. I do really appreciate the fact that it is super easy to rinse this cleanser off of my face as it makes washing my face at night a lot easier and quicker. Overall, this is a great cleanser: it foams up nicely and does the job easily then washes away quickly.

This is a lovely foam cleanser. It feels a bit like a light-weight cream, but once I apply it to my face with water it creates a thick, foamy lather. Just a small amount of cleanser is needed. It feels very luxurious and I like the fragrance although I know many people do not. I don't find it overpowering at all. I have very dry, sensitive skin and I've been using this foam cleanser for a couple of weeks now. I find that this product helps my skin feel clean but still hydrated, and it is also gentle so it doesn't cause any irritation. I find many foam cleaners to be drying over the long run, but this one is not. At $27.00 for a little over 4 ounces, this cleansing foam is rather pricey, although it is true that just a little goes a long way. It arrived nicely boxed and properly sealed. I was a bit annoyed that the full ingredient list was not provided int eh product description. It is also not on the tube (but it is shown on the box).
