Perfect size, travels well. Would be great if not for the nonfunctional zipper in the inside. It didn't work from the day i bought it. Working on a warranty claim now. UPDATE, file a claim as directed by the company. Received an email notification that they had 30 days to respond. Never heard another word. It's well after 30 days and i have reached out multiple times. 4/8/23 UPDATE: They finally contacted me and are replacing my suitcase under their warranty. New one arrives today. 4/10/23 UPDATE: New suitcase has a zipper that works perfectly. I even tested it by stuffing it with jackets and the zip worked as it should. I have returned to my 5 star rating.

I bought this set about 5 months ago but didn’t want to review until it went through checking bags on a few flights. I’m delighted to report they stood up fantastically. I only checked the large one and the small one was suitable as a carry on for both Southwest and JetBlue, which was super helpful. The small one is also surprisingly roomy and I fit a LOT in it, using one of the small pockets for my liquid bag.The hard shell stood up nicely and the integrated TSA lock worked perfectly. I’m very pleased with this purchase and would buy again, but they stood up so well I don’t need to!Small note the little part on the carry one where you can charge your phone is a little gimmicky since you’d need your own portable charging battery and I’d rather use a MagSafe functioning one to charge my phone, or one with a short cord so I could keep my phone in my pocket. It’s a pretty useless feature, as it would be in any brand.I liked how high the carry on handle pulls so I never had to bend over when walking through the airport. The large one doesn’t go out super far, but since the case is large it is effectively the same height.The sizing is great. I was able to put the small on top of the large and secure with a simple luggage strap (that I would have with me anyway to identify my bags at claim) to move around with both together and another few bags for my family as well between the curb and the bag check.I didn’t check the small one but I feel confident it would hold up as well as the larger one.The value is incredible. I spent literally months looking for a set with a large enough checked bag to hold what I needed and a small one large enough to hold the rest that still fit within the most stringent airlines carryon policies.

We purchased this large piece of luggage to replace a piece that we thought was cracked and broken. Turns out it was not and we no longer needed the new lavender replacement It was quite pretty.

I would have given this suitcase 5 stars but unfortunately the zipper broke within one use and now splits whenever I try to use it.Everything else about the suitcase is great! I love the color (got the lavender), holds up well during travel, and protects my belongings inside way better than a typical fabric suitcase. Just wish the zipper was working properly. If you manage to get one that doesn't have a defective zipper, then you'll really enjoy this product.

Despite its appearance suggesting that the hard shell might crack, it is remarkably robust and has survived many long haul flights intact. İ would recommend and repurchase this.

I wanted to love this set, it's super cute, roll well, and more than enough room. Sadly the zipper on the large case broke. The pull tab literally pulled right off the chain with no way to put it back on. It was returned and received by Amazon March 18th 2024 but as of today, June 7th 2024 I have still not received my refund. Buyer beware.

These have been such great bags! Four trips, minor scuffing, no wobbly wheels. The handle is perfect and even has an ergonomic rubber grip for those long treks through the airport or along the sidewalk waiting for a ride. The handles that surround the bag are sturdy and easy to find. This bag is lightweight so it’s easy to pack without going over the weight limit on a 10-day wedding trip. The zippers are nice and smooth and there is just enough rigidity in the exterior material on this bag. Buy it, save the money and be happy with this bag.

I had an old set of Traveler's Choice that seemed indestructible. It seemed like a no brainer when it came time to replace that set that I would go with another Traveler's Choice.BIG MISTAKE. These suitcases are nothing like they used to make them. One of the only things I like about them is that the wheels are super smooth and easy to maneuver even if you're hands are full.But what isn't great about these includes:- Both my husband and I got new sets of these. The very first time we used them, the outer zippers were destroyed by the airlines. I haven't had this happen EVER yet it happened on two pieces the very first time. Cheap materials- The hardcase material itself is very flimsy compared to older models. It flexes a lot, especially if it's full or heavier- The inner zippers are complete garbage. Especially on the carryon size, I've had issues with it splitting from the very first time I used it and even if it's empty. Terrible construction- Warranty service is terrible as well. Extremely rude and not helpful- If you are right handed, these are AWFUL. This wasn't even something I would have thought of but every suitcase I have owned has the side handle on the right side (if you're facing it from the front, it's on your right). These are on the left. The first time I went to lift my carry on, I was so disoriented. It sounds small and stupid but if you're used to lifting your luggage a certain way, this may drive you crazy.Unfortunately it was past the return deadline by the time I discovered these many issues so I'm stuck with them. They're not cheap pricewise, but they sure are cheap quality wise.
