Received it in perfect condition and delivered on time. A very beautiful running translation of the Quran.

not what I expected
The recordings compiled in this CD, are not recorded by Pickthall himself, but rather you hear the voice of voluteer American readers. It seems it is an audio recording of his translation... which is also available for download online for free. I feel cheated.

Beautiful and Glorious Quran let down by Awful printing!
What a shame! This magnificent book and beautiful translation by Pickthall let down by horrendous printing. Do not buy! I had to return it because of the awful printing- there are no separate verses/paragraphs and it is impossible to read or derive anything of the meaning of this Glorious book. Amazing how Amazon- originally a book seller- sells these things. Shameful and an utter disgrace.

Amazing translation by Mohammed Marmaduke Pickthall. English writer converted to Islam in the 18th cent. One of the last few copies circulating of this translated text of the Glorious Quran.Found here on Amazon.
