Mix with almond milk & honey lime or lemon fresher crystallized depending on a day what I got what I got the taste for the tea taste like grapefruit juice. Next time I will add more water or not I might like it the way I make it 1st this is my first time using this tea. Glad the label suggested to add milk or sweetener!! I did both & lol

I been on asthma treatment for about 4 years now, and if I didn't use my inhaler I totally wasn't able to sleep comfortably. So since I started use erva santa. I don't have any discomfort while sleeping.Good homeopathic medicine I totally recommend the taste is funny but eventually you will ignore that.
