I have tried almost every offering from nespresso themselves as well as illy, lavazza, and pete's coffee pods. The bustello pods produce the most crema and one of the most well rounded flavor profiles of any of the pods I have tried. The illy pods are tied for flavor but they just don't make the kind of crema that these bustello pods do. The lavazza pods have a tendency to shoot water out before your coffee and get quite a bit of grounds in your shot with weak crema and acrid flavor. The pete's coffee however was the worst of any I have tried, the shots were watery and a pale brown instead of rich brown espresso color and there was little to no crema, they tasted absolutely awful (stay far away from the pete's nespresso pods and buy these or the illy ones trust me)

This listing is a blatant lie. They are not K-cups and they are not compatible with a K-cup machine. They are Nespresso cups.

Let me start by saying that I'm EXTREMELY upset that I have to give this item such a low review, but it comes down to the principle of the matter.I LOVE Cafe Bustelo, and when I found out that I could get Nespresso compatible Cafe Bustelo pods I was through the roof with joy! When I received my package I was so excited to try out the pods on my Lattissima Touch, and I have to say that I was not at all disappointed with the flavor. It's the same flavor I expect from Cafe Bustelo, and the same flavor I look forward to when I make it one a traditional Cuban cafetera (or in English, coffee maker).The reason I had to give this such a low rating is because one of the boxes that was supposed to contain 10 coffee pods came empty. I'm distraught because it doesn't seem like there's any way that I can reach out to the seller for support since these are coffee pods and Amazon doesn't seem to allow it. If this is how all the packages come, then I'll have to find another coffee to enjoy in my Nespresso machine -- honestly, I'm not even sure I would risk purchasing from these people again to find out.So to summarize, the coffee is great and the pods work perfectly with Nespresso Originaline machines, but I received 10 less pods than I was supposed to.

Y'all this is great coffee. Difficult to distinguish bustelo made from this capsule vs a regular espresso machine. I also tend to like it over coffee produced from a moka brewer. 5 stars for taste! Where it loses a star is in the capsule design. For certain nespresso type capsule brewers where the 'cup' that goes over and encases the capsule when you load the capsule into the machine, the lip of that cup can sometimes catch the ridge (OEM nespresso capsules made from aluminum do not have this ridge) nearest the narrower of the capsule. This can results in crushing the capsule in the machine. If you can look down into where you drop the capsule in the machine, close it slowly and verify the cup is not catching on the capsule ridge before fully latching the machine closed.Not all nespresso type original capsule machines will encounter the same issue. I have the Essenza model made by Delonghi where the cup engagement of the capsule occurs by the cup travelling up then over the capsule. In think this machine model is more susceptible vs the machines where the capsules are engaged in a more linear fashion.
