I own a PaperPro Desktop EcoStapler for my home office and have had excellent service with the product. It staples effortlessly and rarely binds or misfires - even thick packs of paper does not seem to create a problem. I purchased another one from Amazon for my office at work. I would not trade it for any other type of staplers on the market. I rated this five star because of its durability and ease of operation.

Get it, get it now! If you're looking for just the right stapler and feel the need to research all of the staplers in the world to seek the right one--look no further. Take it from a girl who researches evvverything (Yep, I'm that girl.) I would even research paperclips because that's just the kind of consumer I am. I intend to buy something once and I want to get it right the first time.This is the epitome of staplers. This stapler could just change the industry of stapling-needs. They're THAT good. The spring mechanism allows for a perfect staple that hardly requires any force from your hand and wrist. I get loads of compliments about my stapler. It's a high quality product that--oh, what'd you know!--is also great for the environment! Love, love, love!! I'm telling you, you definitely won't be disappointed!

I like the "pneumatic-like power" of this stapler and it is easy in my hand. I bought a pair a couple of years ago and used only one and kept the other one as a reserve. The next chance I needed to use the other one in reserve, it was not working! It was my fault, I did not test its working condition upon receipt. I just assumed that since I bought them as "new", and one was working, the other one would too. It's now too late to complain and ask of a replacement. I am using it as a paper weight and keeping it as a reminder of an expensive experience.

Love the one that actually works. I ordered 2, first one i opened worked great 5 stars. Opened the other and didn't work. Ended up returning for replacement. When i received replacement it did not work either. Didn't get option to replace the replacement so just got credit for 1. Still like the one that works. Beware receiving successful working stapler could be 1 out of 3 shot.

Works well. Feels a little weak. Can't be used for heavy duty use. Great for bulltin boards.

For the money, this is the best stapler. light weight, and extremely strong. It goes through layers of papers without jamming. Easy to load staples. Definitely would buy again and would recommend to friends.

Great product at a great price. Now I have one at each work table, total of four. Very smooth operation, steady base, easy to reload, staples per specs without jamming or misfiring. I had gotten my first unit from Costco and the later from Amazon.

Beside the fact that it didn’t actually work the stapler only holds about a half strip of staples NOT a full strip as advertised :(
