No edge sealing glue provided
In the item description on the amazon website pictures clearly show that both glue and alcohol wipe are included with the heel replacement. THESE WERE NOT FOUND TO BE IN THE PACK WITH THE FOUR HEELS. This is why I bought from this seller. Previously I have bought the adhesive heel with provided glue to seal the edges and this method worked well. I am therfore disappointed items not as advertised

Great product. My husband has new trainers and this product will extend their life. Also a life saver for presently owned trainers. Very very happy with product.

Extra grip for trainer's
I stuck these onto my work trainers, they didn't even stay on for the day. I lost one of them in work somewhere. They were a waste of money.

Worked for me.
Purchased in April this year. I followed the fitting instructions [Including the bit about a small amount of adhesive around the edges] Because I wear heels down more on one side this was essential. This done , the protectors stuck very well. Through very heavy use the first pair have worn away but have not become unstuck.I am now about to fit the second pair and if they last as long I will be more than happy.EDIT. I have just realised that the bit about adhesive around the edges was from a same product different supplier.

Good idea but poor adhesive
These are a great idea but the self adhesion is poor. I applied these to unworn clean shoes and they started peeling off within a week. By week 3 one of them came off completely while the other was flapping about. Remove the self adhesive and for glue, this product would do so much better.

Show heel protector
Not a great item. They are too thick, the adhesive they use is really pungent, it stinks. The adhesive because it's already on the item you have to keep pushing the rubber on to the shoe. Where there is so much of it it literally spills out the side and you can see it. Also as they are too thick, it makes the shoe lift slightly which makes walking uncomfortable. Would not recommend at all.
