The handheld scanner is one of my best gifts that I’ve received at my office’s holiday grab bag. It’s so handy and convenient to use. I travel a lot for work which places me in hotels that do not have confidential office machines available to guests. This “pocket” handheld scanner has saved me money and time. It’s very easy to use and operates using batteries so I never have to worry about clumsy cords or no electrical outlet. I can easily scan my client’s documents from anywhere and download them to my laptop top later for record keeping and reference. The USB port connects to the computer for downloads or you can use an SD card. I highly recommend this portable business tool.

Won't power up with the SD card in it. So you have to remove the card to power it on. Once power is on, it keep saying it would not scan as SD card is full. Brand new out of the box. Hooked it up to a computer and unable to open the drive to see if anything was on the SD card. The instructions are non existent and give little info. to trouble shoot. Probably because it's supposed to be pretty self explanatory but I had all sorts of issues.

I love how easy the portable scanner is to pack up & carry back and forth with me. The setup was easy and the item is very convenient! I deal with a lot of paperwork at my job and this item comes in very handy, especially when I’m away from desk or I need to do a quick scan! I highly recommend it!

I barely used the scanner within the first 6 months of having it and now it won't turn on. I've charged it and looked for solutions online. Still nothing. When I did use it, the quality of the images was awesome. Just too bad I didn't get more longevity from the product.

This is a must-have computer periphal for those of you who don't have a large scanner or want to have a quick, portable alternative to using the bulky scanning devices. I bought a similar first-generation hand scanner about 15 years ago that needed replacement and found this item that had significant upgrades over my old one and does a great job. It gives you a choice of JPEG or PDF formats and has a better image stabilization capability over my old unit... plus the price is right on this handy device.

This scanner is a very nice product. I definitely recommend it. It is very portable and doesn't take up a lot of space. Anyone can use it, it is not confusing to use. Very portable and easy to use.

Unfortunately, the one purpose I needed this scanner for this item is not capable.My one purpose was to scan trading cards and as you can see from the attached scans the cards are being properly displayed and this is very important for selling cards.I attempted scans on a top loader, a plastic sleeve, and the card itself. While the detail level is pretty good, it is just not accurate enough for my needs.

Was not easy to set up and use, instruction was not easy to follow. Looks like instructions were for a different model here and may have been for a teccie to follow. But nothing with how to use the SD card and the cord to the PC. I'm not too tech here for this XQCK Scanner. But giving it another chance.. Hope to return here with a better review. Sorry.
