I like the comfort. Have worn them everyday, all day since I got them. Comfortable support but they could be a little tighter and I have a wide foot. People with narrow feet might have a problem keeping them on.

I currently have plantar fasciitis where the pain is mostly located in the arches of my feet. I have had it in the past where it was more in the heel, but this time it's in the arch. My arches are very sore, and by the end of the day, they ache a lot.When I slip these on, they lessen the pain. It is not fully gone but makes it much more bearable. I have a size 9.5 men's feet, a little wide (maybe an E or EE). They are comfortable to leave on for hours, and I have fallen asleep with them on before. You could probably wear them under socks and in shoes, but I only use them at home to relieve the pain.They are not extremely tight, or supportive. Do not expect heavy compression. It is light compression, so I never lose circulation in my feet.Not quite sure what the copper is supposed to do, but the sleeves help me with the pain.

The fit wasn’t perfect. The inside could have been a bit smoother without ridges.

I purchased these to see if they would help with my Plantar Fasciitis. The compression is a comfortable amount and they do help ease the pain a bit. They tend to slide up my foot toward my toes and I need to put them back in place every so often. Good value for the price and I would purchase again. They are not a miracle cure and I still have pain but I do think it helps keep the plantar fascia stretched enough to prevent the worst pain.

Too wide/big/ no support. I wear size women 6.5 B shoe. Couldn’t use it.

I have plantar faciiatis in both feet and had high hopes for these but am not very impressed. Yes, they hold your foot, but after awhile they stretch out, especially if you are walking around, and they move and become uncomfortable. I have come to prefer the compression sock with the open toe instead of these

The bands are well made, soft composition, but too large to offer support to the arch. Would like to return the other 3 as I have worn one band all day.

Wow! I can't believe something so simple helps so much. I wish I'd found these years ago. If you have arch, heel or other foot pains... They are worth trying! It's confusing why these world help so much, but they really do!
