Behind the ear earpiece would not stay in place ...kept falling off. Volume was all or nothing..I could hear tv better but if I barely tapped my toe it sounded like thunder.

it does help hearing those high crunch sounds and can be adjusted . I haven't adjusted my yet but I am happy that it last for several days during the hunt. the tube length needs to be slightly longer so receiver hangs behind the ear. I don't remember if the tube was longer and I cut it to short. If I did shame on me. don't make that mistake its irritating.

It works for what I wanted it for . I had the tv turned up high and everyone was worried I was getting deaf. It was loud to me but muffled but the hearing ad clears it up. I use it when I am by myself

The device performs as advertised and as I expected. Can’t be so complementary about the ear pieces. Three sizes are included with the device, but none of them seem to stay put in either ear canal. And when one soon works it’s way out of seal, the amplification to the ear goes nearly away.
