I love Amy Krause Rosenthal and I was really happy to find a non- children's book written by her. I will update once I get to read it!

I adore AKR’s kids’ books - Spoon is delightful and so are Little Hoot, Little Oink and Little Pea. They’re delicious books with lively word-play and Friendshape is so lovely and kind.This book reads more like a modern-day Erma Bombeck. It’s cute little stories that are only linked because rhey’ In the same family. It’s disjointed and disconnected, like they were picked from a series of blog posts and thrown together in print. You don’t get to *know* any of the family members as they’re just characters who flit in and out without any plot or character development.

Wonderful book! Really funny, honest and relatable on multiple levels as a mom.
