You get what you paid for. I finally got fed up with cheap chinese rubber bands that I luckily found out they were cracking before they smacked me in the face or worse. I have spent just as much money replacing cheap garbage, as I spent on these ones. I can already tell these are going to last a very long time. Very good quality.

I like the material they are made of. They work well for a large variety of exercises and they are well made. The polyester coating is easier on skin, hair, clothes than straight rubber and so the "may" be worth the cost for you...here's my thoughts as an physician specializing in fitness based medicine and an ACSM Certified Exercise Physiologist for over 20 years:At almost $150, the price is awfully steep for the average fitness buff. That is a lot of money for some elastic bands. I honestly don't think they're worth that much for "most" people. Not because there is anything wrong with them, but they are JUST elastic bands after all.However, that's for you to decide for yourself. IF you tend to feel a rubber resistance band pinches your skin or grabs your hair or clothes and that annoys you, these bands with their polyester covering will definitely prevent that making them more comfortable to use...if you don't have an issue with that, I don't think I'd spring for the extra cost.OR, if you are a professional using these in your office (fitness trainer, physical therapist, orthopedist...etc) and you want the best stuff you can buy to give people that sense of top notch quality in your office, then YES I would absolutely spring for the extra cost because these are like the difference between a Camry and a Cadillac as far as resistance bands go....they definitely look and feel like top of the line equipment and from that perspective they may be worth that extra cost for your purpose.

I have a set of open-ended bands but have been wanting to try these out since I've been reworking my physical fitness routines and adding in additional exercises. These are a great addition to my home gym and are very well made. They came packaged well in a tightly sealed box and the bands themselves are very durable. I have not had any pinching or issues I encounter with my other open ended, rope-style bands. These are flat and lay well against the skin - I do recommend wearing fabric under them since my skin is a little more tender than most and blisters easily but other than that they are the perfect home gym addition! I haven't worked up to Heavy and X-Heavy bands but love that these allow me to work out in between my workday. I wipe these down with a sanitizing wipe a few times a week and they are also washable. These are a little pricey and I can't gauge longevity based on my usage of a few weeks but the quality is impressive.

These bands are a daily use item when I work out. I typically use the smallest one for stretching between sets and the two largest ones for triceps and biceps exercises. They are a great replacement while not having dumbbells in my home gym.I am extremely satisfied by the quality of the material. I expect these to last a very long time and retain their durability based on the quality of the material.I put them to good use, stretching the second to largest one as far as I can. I haven't seen any frays or damage to the bands and they are holding up the abuse quite well.

I have found most exercise bands a challenge to get on and hold plus icky/sticky. These are a big improvement and the stretch is equally distributed so you can concentrate on the motion not wondering if things are going to pop off. All the bands are the same length but folding in half works fine when short is needed. This is a family size variety. The over the door attachment was new to me so a photo of how it works would have been useful.
